Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your first class is free. There is no charge to cancel or reschedule a free trial. Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend so we can offer the spot to another family.

Membership and class fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law or where we agree otherwise in writing.

If you need to cancel an ongoing membership, contact us before the next billing date. We will confirm the effective cancellation date and any remaining balance. We do not typically provide prorated refunds for unused classes within a paid period, but we may offer make-up options or credits at our discretion.

Private lessons must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full. Prepaid private lesson packages are non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to instructor availability.

If we cancel a class due to facility closure, instructor illness, or similar circumstances, we will offer a make-up class or credit when practical. We are not responsible for third-party facility closures beyond our control, but we will communicate alternatives as soon as we can.

Email dragonjudoacademy@gmail.com or call 385-242-1095 with your name, the student name, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond promptly. Approved refunds, if any, are issued to the original payment method when possible.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
