Before training, students (or a parent/guardian for minors) must complete our liability waiver and follow facility and instructor rules. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for inquiries and enrollment decisions involving children. Minors may participate in youth programs only with appropriate parental or guardian consent and any required waivers.
